In your capacity as Senior OutSystems Developer , you’ll work closely with the Digital Services team on projects directly and indirectly linked to CM's online self-service, covering 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App. The team consists of approximately 60 persons from different Agile Teams. Each team is made up of 3 Outsystems developers, a functional analyst-scrum master, a tester, a technical lead, a designer, and a product owner.

· You’ll join a professional agile team, where you’ll work on a range of exciting projects, with around 70% of the focus on build.

• You work together with the team to develop the desired solution. You are responsible for initial functional testing of your own code, and code review of your colleagues.
• You are responsible for implementing User Stories and for maintenance and management of the applications developed by the team itself.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security) to ensure they fully understand the priorities and current status of tasks, and that functionalities are implemented and tested correctly.
• You can make technical improvement proposals and advocate for them within the team and with the architects.
• You analyse integrations with other parties and systems.
• You work together with the infrastructure staff to install the applications and monitor their operation.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a developer in Outsystems, especially in Mobile and REACT.

• You have experience in deployment and rolling out of applications.
• You have a very good command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• You have good analysis and synthesis skills and communicate efficiently.
