En tant que Senior Account Manager, tu es le référent principal de tes clients. Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et restes toujours orienté(e) service client, qualité et rentabilité.
Tu rejoins une équipe soudée et collaborative, composée d'Account Managers, de Sales Coordinators, de chefs de projet et d'architectes d'intérieur.
Identifier les opportunités de marché et contribuer à la stratégie commerciale
Relation client & pilotage de projets
Garantir la satisfaction client (budget, qualité, délais)
chefs de projet / sales Coordinator / équipes design, production et logistique
Assurer la rigueur administrative (briefs, devis, suivi, CRM)
