Join our Accounting & Finance team at Donaldsons EMEA Headquarters in Leuven Belgium and contribute to the efficient and compliant processing of financial transactions across multiple European entities. As an Associate Accountant you will play a vital role in supporting our i-Expense and corporate card processes while collaborating closely with various internal departments.

Manage corporate card administration including new cardholders updates and departures via the bank platform and Oracle
Assist with backup planning within the Accounts Payable team
Contribute to ad hoc accounting-related projects
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Proficiency in PC tools especially Excel
Strong team spirit and motivation

Bachelors degree in Accountancy Tax or equivalent through experience
First experience as an Assistant Accountant ideally in an international environment
Additional language skills are an asset
Experience providing support within shared service accounting environments
