You will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our Flemish-speaking clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Stay informed on company services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
