Voor een van onze klanten die gespecialiseerd zijn in het maken van producten en systemen zijn
wij op zoek naar een Project Engineer/werkvoorbereider.
De Project Engineer (werkvoorbereider) is een essentiële schakel tussen de bestelling van het order en de correcte uitvoering van de projecten.
Als Project Engineer ben jij de spilfiguur tussen de bestelling van een project en de succesvolle uitvoering ervan. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid, gecoördineerd en opgevolgd wordt. Je werkt nauw samen met de planner en de Sales Advisor en bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
Je bent 70% van je tijd onderweg naar klanten en projecten en werkt de overige 30% vanuit je thuiskantoor om je administratie bij te houden.
Wat ga je doen ?
Orders technisch nakijken op volledigheid en haalbaarheid, en bijsturen waar nodig
Afspraken maken voor werkvoorbereidende gesprekken ter plaatse met opdrachtgevers, architecten, onderaannemers en toeleveranciers
Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en voorlopige opleveringen
Beoordelen van de uit te voeren bouwkundige en elektronische voorzieningen , maatvoering bepalen en werkvolgorde/prioriteiten bewaken
Uitvoeringstekeningen en bekabelingsplannen maken
Klanten, monteurs en onderaannemers voorzien van projectinformatie . Aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen projecten in zijn regio
Overzicht behouden op status van alle lopende projecten. Proactief acties ondernemen.
Opvolgen van de projecten , inclusief administratie in het ERP-systeem
Heldere communicatie en transparantie staan bij jou centraal.
Profiel
Wat ga je doen ?
Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Een sterke technische achtergrond en ervaring met AutoCAD.
Verantwoordelijkheidszin om projecten tijdig en foutloos op te leveren
Creativiteit, oplossings- en klantgericht denken
Teamplayer maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken
Goede assertiviteit maar ook diplomatie bij negotiaties met klanten, techniekers
Bachelordiploma bouwkunde of elektromechanica
