Sales Representative Logistic Services

Our services range from air and ocean freight forwarding to cargo, removal services and warehouse operations. The company has numerous freight centers, warehouses and provides logistics services in over 45 countries on six continents with a global network of over 70,000 employees. The logistics focus is mainly on automotive and fashion industries, pharmaceutical products and further consumer goods. For our Sales Department, we are looking for a Sales Representative with a multiregional scope. Drive sales activities with a strong focus on both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (development of existing customers).
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including Key Account Management (KAM).
Prepare and follow up on quotations in close collaboration with the Inside Sales team.
Handle customer complaints from a commercial perspective and ensure timely resolution.
Lead tenders and RFQs with the support of the Inside Sales team and Procurement.
Monitor and follow up on personal KPIs and report sales results to the Country Sales Manager (CSM).
Report directly to the Country Sales Manager.
Proven sales professional with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to farm and grow existing accounts.
Bachelor-level thinking and working capacity.
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate efficiently with internal teams.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce and CargoWise is a strong asset.
Good understanding of internal company procedures and commercial workflows.
Fluent in Dutch and English; fluent in French is a strong plus.
Motivated, ambitious, and a true team player with a positive mindset.
