Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS) – Enterprise Accounts 1. We’re moving from a full‑cycle AE model to dedicated Account Managers to maximise retention and expansion within our growing enterprise SaaS accounts .
Own and grow a defined portfolio of EMEA enterprise accounts — nurturing multi‑level stakeholder relationships up to C‑suite.
Partner with Customer Acquisition, Product, Marketing and Channel Sales teams to craft targeted growth plays.
Accurately forecast in Salesforce CRM , leveraging Gong for insights, and navigate enterprise procurement, legal & security processes.
Enterprise SaaS Account Management with proven expansion (upsell & cross‑sell) and retention impact
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Gong ; Experience building trust across complex EMEA enterprises (including procurement, security, legal)
Strategic Thinking — aligning long‑term account strategy to business outcomes
Social Influence — confident stakeholder engagement and storytelling at executive level
Vertical & horizontal career growth, with Winning by Design SPICED training
Regular company events: monthly all‑hands, after‑work socials, and yearly get‑together

You’ll join the Enterprise Sales Team (approx. 8 Enterprise AMs split across two EMEA teams).
You will report to the Enterprise Sales Manager and collaborate closely with Acquisition Sales, Product, Marketing and Channel colleagues based across EMEA.
