National Key Account Manager - Pharma & Healthcare

Our client is an international industrial group active in materials, healthcare, and life sciences.
Within its healthcare division, it focuses on technologies for bio pharmaceutical manufacturing by providing critical solutions such as virus removal filters, filtration systems, and bio process equipment.
It plays a key role in enabling the safe and efficient production of biologic drugs like vaccines and antibodies.
As a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG , you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing international customers , acting as the main point of contact (especially with procurement teams) for the sales & after sales topics.
Lead commercial activities such as pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (product, QA, logistics), translating customer needs into business insights, opportunities, and risks. Perform sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting , contributing to budgeting and strategic planning, while maintaining CRM/ERP data.
As a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG , you will have the following profile:
Experience: 6-8+ years in account management / customer relationship roles in a commercial environment.
Skills: strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities (Excel, CRM/ERP tools like Salesforce/PowerBI).
Personal traits: customer-oriented, structured, proactive, culturally adaptable, and comfortable in an international environment.
Languages: fluent English required; other languages are a plus
