Join IzyCoffee as our next Operations & Launch Intern!

We’re looking for a passionate and driven intern to join the Operations & Launch department at IzyCoffee, starting October 1st for around 16 weeks . This internship is a real opportunity to learn by doing : from daily operations to new store launches, you’ll be part of the engine that keeps things moving across our growing network of coffee shops.

☕ IzyCoffee is a fast-growing specialty coffee brand with 22 shops across the country , and we’re just getting started: more launches are coming this year. Supporting day-to-day operations and logistics across shops
Taking part in new shop launches : planning, coordination, and on-the-ground execution
Working across departments and teams , seeing how real business runs
Final-year bachelor or master’s student (business, OPS, supply chain, or related)
Fluent in English (a must); French and/or German is a big plus
A driver’s license and access to a car is a plus: you’ll be on the move!

You’ll finish this internship with hands-on experience in operations, project management, launches, and cross-functional teamwork: things you can actually talk about on your CV with pride.

We’re looking for a motivated final-year bachelor or master’s student (business, operations, supply chain, or related field) who is:

Communicative and collaborative : a team player who’s open to feedback
Fluent in English (a must); French or German is a strong plus
