Senior Real Estate & Corporate Lawyer (Luxembourg)
A successful international investment group with strong expertise in real estate investment and structuring across Luxembourg Germany Switzerland and the wider EU is seeking a Senior Real Estate & Corporate Lawyer .
Liaising with German authorities and ensuring compliance with EU law.
Drafting negotiating and reviewing contracts shareholder agreements and corporate documentation.
Providing strategic legal input to management while coordinating with finance and operations teams.
Baradmitted lawyer with at least 10 years PQE in real estate corporate/M&A or investment law.
Strong expertise in EU law and proven experience with crossborder transactions .
Fluent German (mandatory); other languages such as English are strong assets.
Leadership skills with ability to manage projects and coordinate teams.
Luxembourg employment contract .
Inhouse role with close collaboration to shareholders and senior leadership.
