Paynovate is a Belgium-based fintech (80+ people) operating as a regulated e-money institution. We design and run payment solutions across acquiring, issuing, and banking. As we scale our platform and product organisation, we are building more structure across teams to support our growth and improve how we deliver.

Own and scale Paynovate's acquiring product into a best-in-class payment experience across online and in-store, while bringing clarity, ownership, and strong execution across teams.
A key focus of the role will be to drive execution excellence, by ensuring initiatives are clearly scoped, dependencies are actively managed, and ownership is well defined across teams.
We are looking for someone who can take the lead on initiatives end-to-end, proactively manage dependencies, and ensure consistent follow-up through to delivery.
Define and drive the roadmap for acquiring (online + POS)
Scope features properly before development
Identify, track, and resolve dependencies across teams
Continuously improve execution speed and quality

5+ years of experience in Product Management in a tech-driven environment

• Able to lead cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies
• English is required; French or Dutch is a plus
