Our client is a leading European real estate developer specializing in sustainable urban projects, including office and residential developments, with ESG principles embedded across its activities.
The legal department is currently evolving, providing opportunities to contribute to its structure and expand beyond traditional real estate legal work Beschrijving van de functie
Real Estate & Transactions
Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.)
Support acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
Project & Business Support
Support development projects from structuring to execution
Handle corporate structuring and housekeeping
Contribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested
Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel
Master's degree in Law (Belgian university)
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar)
Strong experience in real estate transactions and contracting
Exposure to corporate law; tax sensitivity is a plus
Urban planning knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
Languages
Fluent French (deal language)
Strong English (corporate environment)
Dutch is a plus
Strong team player with collaborative mindset
Able to interact with senior stakeholders
Frans (troef)
