Associate Director Procurement (F/M)

Chief Operating Officer (COO ) to lead and manage their U.Manage all operational aspects of the U.Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth targets in the U.Lead and optimize supply chain operations, including logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.
Supervise recruitment, development, and performance of the local team.
S. branch and the Belgian headquarters, promoting strong communication and collaboration between teams in different regions.
Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operations management roles, with proven experience in leading teams within a European or international company.
Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of French is a plus.
A healthy and solid company with ambition and horizontal lines of communication.
Presence of a driven and experienced business unit management team.
