We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full Stack Engineer for our development team. This role involves contributing to both frontend and backend development, taking part in scrum meetings, mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
Contribute to codebase across the stack, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
Collaborate with the CTO and product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and unblocking technical challenges.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack development experience.
- Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and Express.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Brussels.
- Professional English for our dev meetings like scrum
- Basic proficiency in French, sufficient for everyday collaboration and casual workplace interactions
Nice to Have
Experience with SvelteKit and/or AngularJS.
Experience with MongoDB, including Atlas Search and vector search capabilities.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
Background in HR tech or recruitment platforms.
Experience working in a startup environment
