De Director Partnerships is verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren, ontwikkelen en activeren van een netwerk van partners (distributeurs en business introducers) om de commerciële groei binnen het toegewezen gebied te stimuleren.
Voor deze functie is een uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Frans absoluut noodzakelijk.

Je communiceert dagelijks in beide talen met partners, interne teams en directies.
Het behalen van de jaarlijkse doelstellingen voor het rekruteren van nieuwe partners.
Zorgen dat partnerteams worden ingeschreven voor de nodige commerciële en technische opleidingen.
Bewaken van de partnertevredenheid en coördineren van acties met interne Quadient‑teams.
Garanderen van de ontwikkeling van de commerciële vaardigheden van partnerteams (training, coaching).
Ondersteunen van distributeurs bij hun commerciële deals, vooral bij grote dossiers.
Samenwerken met Quadient Marketing voor animatie‑ en communicatieacties richting partners.
Toezien op het correcte gebruik van businessprocessen, tools en PRM door partners.

Indirect Sales & Partnerships Director, BPA Director, Marketing, Sales Director, Business Development, Finance, Sales Training, Technical Services, Back Office…
Software‑uitgevers, ERP‑leveranciers, VAR’s, integratoren, prospects, influencers, partner managers en verkopers.
Minimaal Bachelor niveau (Bac +2)
Aantoonbare ervaring in de verkoop van digitale oplossingen
Sterke kennis van het businessmodel van software‑uitgevers en integratoren
Taalvereiste: perfecte beheersing van Nederlands én Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk)

→ Ervaring met business planning (marketingplan, businessplan, accountplan)
