ICF Next creates and implements communication campaigns and services for European institutions. ICF Next is looking for a Graphic Designer who will contribute to the creation ofhighqualityvisual materials across print and digital channels. The Designer will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all materials are consistent accessible and aligned with brand and communicationobjectives.
Design digital assets for web and social media use including banners illustrations icons infographics motion graphics and interactive elements.
Design print assets such as brochures posters factsheets goodies or leaflets.

• Conceptualise design and deliver infographics by gathering simplifying and interpreting data from concept development through visualisation for use across communication materials.
• Edit and optimise photos and images to enhance visual quality for print products websites and social media in line with design requirements.
• Collaborating with the Creative T eam on campaign visuals and creative concepts.
• Monitoring design and content trends to propose creative ideas and improvements.

• Strong hands-on experience with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Experience using online design tools (e.g. Canva) to create high-quality visuals and templates that can be easily adapted or translated.
• High level of creativity combined with strong innovative design skills.
• Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• English proficiency in understanding speaking and writing.
