Operator Frezarki CNC (m / k / n)

Opis pracy:
Obsługa frezarek CNC w procesie produkcji precyzyjnych komponentów dla branży lotniczej.
Ustawianie i wymiana narzędzi frezarskich zgodnie z instrukcjami i specyfikacją maszyny.
Wgrywanie programów frezarskich lub transfer przez DNC.
Regulacja programów CNC w konsultacji z brygadzistą lub działem metod.
Kontrola jakości frezowanych części, kompensacja narzędzi, gratowanie.
Precyzyjne pozycjonowanie elementów w maszynie.
Oczekiwania:
Doświadczenie w obsłudze frezarek CNC i technikach obróbki zgodnie z normami ISO.
Umiejętność doboru narzędzi skrawających i czytania rysunków technicznych.
Znajomość maszyn CNC (Siemens 840D) oraz obsługa frezarek 5-osiowych.
Dyplom CNC lub solidne doświadczenie praktyczne.
Znajomość języka niderlandzkiego, angielskiego lub francuskiego.
Dokładność, dbałość o szczegóły, motywacja i gotowość do pracy fizycznej.
Oferujemy:
Wynagrodzenie: 19,10 €/godz. brutto.
Dodatki za zmiany:
Wczesna/późna zmiana: 1,84 €/godz.
Nocna zmiana: 4,76 €/godz.
Bony żywnościowe: 8 € za każdy przepracowany dzień.
System zmianowy: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00, 38,75 godz./tydz.
Zakwaterowanie zapewnione przez agencję (koszt: 85 €/tydzień; przez pierwsze 15 tygodni: 100 € z depozytem 15 €).
Stabilne zatrudnienie z możliwością umowy stałej.
