Tu cherches une aventure passionnante dans le monde de l'hôtellerie ? L’ Hotel Indigo Brussels City est à la recherche d'un.e stagiaire plein.e d'énergie pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Meetings & Events Trainee . Ce stage t'offre une plongée passionnante dans l'univers des réunions et événements au sein de notre hôtel. Aux côtés de notre équipe expérimentée, tu participeras activement à la gestion complète des événements de nos clients , dans une ambiance conviviale et stimulante.
La rédaction des contrats et la gestion de la facturation n'auront plus de secrets pour toi.
Tu seras là pour assurer le bien-être de nos clients pendant leur séjour, en veillant à leur entière satisfaction.
En participant aux réunions hebdomadaires, tu auras l'occasion de collaborer avec les équipes de restauration, de cuisine et de réception pour planifier les événements à venir.
Profil Recherché
~ Tu jongles entre l'anglais et le français pour t’adresser avec aisance à notre clientèle internationale. Si tu parles néerlandais ou toute autre langue, c'est un plus !
Etudiant.e en hôtellerie, Relations Publiques, Commerce ou Gestion d'événements, tu disposes d’une convention de stage à partir de janvier 2026 pour une durée minimale de 4 mois (6 mois c’est encore mieux !)

Tu développeras des compétences pratiques en gestion hôtelière et en service à la clientèle.
Tu pourras participer à des formations internes et à des événements de réseautage .
Pour les étudiants résidant à l’étranger nous offrons une compensation pour l'aide au logement et le remboursement des frais de transport.
Un lunch offert à chaque fois que tu es en service.
Horaires de bureau , avec un peu de flexibilité pour pimenter ta semaine.
