FRAM , een emblematische speler in het Franse toerisme sinds 1949, onderscheidt zich door zijn all-inclusive reisaanbiedingen en zijn toonaangevende labels zoals Framissima en Club Jumbo .
In 2015 treedt FRAM toe tot de Karavel Groep , marktleider in de online verkoop van vakanties, wat de samenwerking versterkt tussen twee grote merken: Promovacances , specialist in scherpe aanbiedingen, en FRAM , een echte instelling met nationale uitstraling.
Deze alliantie stelt de Karavel Groep in staat om een dubbele expertise aan te bieden, waarbij de rol van touroperator en distributeur wordt gecombineerd om kwaliteitsreizen tegen de beste prijs te garanderen.
De Groep, bekroond met talrijke prijzen, zag FRAM in 2024 opgenomen worden in de ranglijst Relation Client van Les Échos , als erkenning voor zijn engagement voor klantgerichte excellentie.
Beschrijving van de functie
- Klanten adviseren over reizen, bestemmingen en accommodaties
- Op maat gemaakte reisvoorstellen uitwerken
- Boeken en opvolgen van vluchten, hotels, pakketten en extra's
- Klantenservice vóór, tijdens en na de reis
- Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in reizen en toerisme
- Je hebt een afgeronde middelbare opleiding of bachelor (bijv richting Toerisme, economie of talen);
- Ervaring in een reiskantoor is een pluspunt
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en nauwkeurig
- Je werkt vlot met computers en boekingssystemen
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor weekendwerk en uitzonderlijk op koopavonden. Uiteraard houden we rekening met jouw voorkeuren: het werkrooster wordt in overleg opgesteld en ruim op voorhand gecommuniceerd
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (andere talen zijn een plus)
