The Support Officer (Programme) is responsible for providing comprehensive strategic planning, specialist advice, stakeholder management, and business administration support. The officer contributes to policy development, coordinates executive activities, and ensures effective monitoring and reporting for projects and services within the assigned Business Unit (BU). Strategic & Executive Support: Lead strategic initiatives, design and coordinate executive meetings, and provide specialist advice on planning and operations.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and timelines for projects and services. Prepare reports, statistical analysis, and situation reports for management.

Stakeholder & Interface Management: Act as the primary interface between the Business Unit and NIMSC Front Office. Align resource planning, coordinate recruitment activities, and organize large meetings. Consolidate data from systems (e.g., Support business administration and office administration improvements.

A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of post-related experience. Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in delivering management support mechanisms or professional-level activities.

Proven ability to multi-task, manage time, deliver on responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure to produce high-quality outputs, often under short deadlines.
