Un Senior Data Engineer (m/f)

Our Client is embarking on an exciting learning and implementation journey with Microsoft Fabric. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Data Engineer to take the lead in implementing Microsoft Fabric, guide our internal team based on best practices, and transfer knowledge through structured coaching and training.
Over time, leadership will transition to a Securex team member, and your role will shift towards either ongoing development or support.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, from foundation to production-ready solutions.
Develop scalable, reliable data pipelines using Python notebooks and Fabric Data Engineering tools.
Integrate DevOps practices into the data development workflow.
Provide hands-on coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to upskill the Securex data team.
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments.
Strong track record in building Medallion Architectures, data pipelines, and Fabric-based data solutions.
Proficiency in Python , notebooks, and modern data engineering workflows.
Excellent communication and training skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Team player who can both lead initiatives and work collaboratively.
