Je werkt voor een toonaangevende bank in België met een sterke focus op innovatie, klantgerichtheid en groei. Binnen de organisatie speelt het Operations departement een cruciale rol in het verwerken van klantinstructies, betalingen, effectenverrichtingen en kredietbeheer.
Daarnaast ondersteunt het team ook belangrijke initiatieven zoals de lancering van nieuwe producten en diensten, en werkt het continu aan efficiëntere processen en een betere klantervaring.
Wat ga je doen?Regelgevende en juridische dossiers beheren
Verwerken en opvolgen van verzoeken van officiële instanties
Ondersteunen bij bankonderzoeken
Beheer van administratieve en gerechtelijke beslagen
Opvolgen van slapende rekeningen
Operationele en administratieve processen opvolgen
Beheer van interbancaire mobiliteit
Administratieve opvolging van bankkluizen
Verwerking van duplicaten en diverse onderhoudstaken
Afleveren van documentkopieën en attesten
Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten
Dagelijkse update van managementrapportering (MIS)
Samenwerken met verschillende interne teams
Deelname aan testfases bij nieuwe releases en systeemupdates
Ondersteuning van collega's bij afwezigheid (back-up rol)

Je bent proactief en denkt mee over verbeteringen
Je bent flexibel en leergierig
Verder heb je:
Een bachelor of master in een economische, financiële of administratieve richting
Een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Een sterke kennis van MS Office (Excel is een grote plus)
Extra troeven:
Eerste ervaring in de banksector
Ervaring met gereguleerde administratieve dossiers
Kennis van juridische procedures rond beslagen of officiële verzoeken
