Group-IPS – Recruiter Engineering & Technical Profiles (Mechelen)
Group-IPS staat voor eersteklas technisch projectmanagement, engineering en architecturale diensten. Met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring realiseren we wereldwijd succesvolle projecten in verschillende sectoren, van technische aanpassingen en uitbreidingen tot de bouw van nieuwe productiesites. Ben jij een ervaren recruiter, sterk gemotiveerd en klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan kijken we ernaar uit om jouw talent te verwelkomen in ons team op ons kantoor in Mechelen.
Beheren van Nederlandstalige profielen in België en Nederland, en ondersteuning bieden aan andere recruiters binnen een internationale context.
Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van creatieve sourcingstrategieën om topkandidaten aan te trekken, met inzicht in de markt en concurrentie.
Interviews afnemen via telefoon, online of face-to-face. Coördineren met collega-recruiters, hiring managers en andere HR-teams voor een vlot recruitmentproces van sourcing tot onboarding.
Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur met engineeringprofielen.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
Flexibele teamspeler met internationale mindset. Vast contract
Gespecialiseerde interne trainingen om je te helpen bij je volgende carrièrestap.
Internationale omgeving en teams, met aanwezigheid in meer dan 10 landen.
