As a Junior Reward (personal income taxation) Consultant, you’ll be part of a dynamic team helping clients shape how they attract, motivate, and reward talent. Advise HR teams on reward strategies for top executives — locally and internationally.
Support remuneration committees with designing short- and long-term incentive plans, benchmarking packages, and drafting reward policies.
Provide advice on income tax and compensation structures , ensuring clients stay compliant and competitive.
Help clients innovate their approach to rewards — from flexible benefits and mobility packages to cost calculations, payroll setup, and tax returns.
Collaborate with tax authorities — answering requests, managing audits, and handling ruling applications.
Build a strong local and international network within PwC, and work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
You’re currently studying for or have just finished a Bachelor in Accounting-Tax , or a Master’s in tax law, economics, business administration , or any related field.
A second degree or focus in tax or compensation & benefits is a plus.
You’re genuinely interested in personal income tax, HR topics, and how pay strategies are built .
You’re confident working with Excel and PowerPoint , and you know your way around Microsoft 365 .
You’re comfortable with numbers and love to analyse data.
You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a solid level of English .
