HR Business Partner Lessines

Join Baxter in Lessines our European hub for manufacturing and distribution and play a key role in shaping a workplace where people thrive and business grows. As an HR Business Partner youll align HR strategies with operational goals support leadership and drive initiatives that make a real difference.

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives ;
Talent & Career Management: Support performance reviews development plans salary reviews and end-of-career transitions ;
Field Engagement: Stay close to the teams through regular presence on the floor including night/weekend shifts and HR meetings ;
Liaise with safety and medical teams on individual cases and reintegration paths ;
HR Operations & Projects: Improve local processes deliver training support social elections and contribute to global HR initiatives.

Masters degree in HR or related field ;

• 5 years in HR within manufacturing or regulated industries (medical devices preferred) ;
• Fluent in French strong English skills ;
• Team spirit Analytical mindset Proactive Organized Communicative Discreet Resilient
