As a Consultant with Technical Expertise, you will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation and data migration for IFS solutions. Your focus will be on understanding business processes, managing data migration activities, and bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical capabilities.
Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, including data preparation, cleansing, validation, and transformation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
Provide guidance on technical aspects of IFS (such as data structures, integrations, and configurations) while maintaining a functional perspective.
Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Support implementation and upgrades of IFS applications, focusing on functional configuration and data integrity.
Stay informed about IFS capabilities and related technologies to help clients maximise system value.

We seek candidates who combine functional ERP knowledge with strong technical awareness, particularly in data migration. A (Master’s) degree in a relevant field e.g. engineering, IT, Business etc.

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems, ideally with exposure to IFS Cloud but not essential.
• Hands-on experience in data migration projects, including data mapping, validation, and transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is an asset).
• A team-oriented culture that champions ecological responsibility and social commitment.
