Freelance Data Science Engineer

You are an experienced data engineer or data scientist with an entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, shaping solutions, and helping companies unlock real value from their data. You’re curious, hands-on, and ready to work on projects where modern AI, customer data, and business impact come together.

Have a proven track record in data engineering and/or data science

• Can lead or coach teams when neededHold a valid EU work permit
• Bonus: speak Dutch, French and English

As a freelance consultant with Hyperson, you’ll collaborate with clients across industries on strategic data projects and implementation work. Building and orchestrating data platforms, pipelines and cloud architectures

• Implementing CDP, CRM, CVM or marketing automation solutions
• Supporting GenAI initiatives: RAG systems, LLM integrations, AI assistants
• Leading end-to-end projects, from scoping and data engineering to delivery and validation
• Acting as interim expert, advisor or project manager on marketing data topics
