Customer Service Officer, Robert Half

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) for a client in the Brussels region. This company operates within an international and competitive sector. You serve as the first point of contact for your French-speaking customer portfolio and collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

You maintain oversight of prices and contract s and accurately enter these in the system.

You support the Sales department with commercial reporting and analysis.

You process all administrative tasks accurately in the ERP system and provide backup support to colleagues.

You contribute to the training and guidance of new team members.

You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in an international customer service role.

You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English .

You are highly analytical and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

You are stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.

A responsible role in an international environment where initiative is valued.

A temporary contract for at least 3 months.
