Financial Analyst, Accounting
Wat zal je job inhouden? Wil je impact maken op de financiële koers van een vooruitstrevende en innovatieve organisatie? In de rol van Financial Analyst lever je essentiële financiële inzichten die het management helpen bij het nemen van onderbouwde strategische beslissingen. Je vertaalt cijfers naar heldere analyses en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen, zodat de organisatie efficiënt kan blijven groeien.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Financial Analyst :
Verzorgen van periodieke forecasts , budgetrondes en financiële analyses die richting geven aan strategische keuzes.
Analyseren , opstellen en toelichten van managementrapportages en afwijkingsanalyses voor directie en verschillende business units.
Bijdragen aan een zorgvuldige maand- en jaarafsluiting in samenwerking met de accountingafdeling, met focus op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.
In kaart brengen van financiële risico’s en verbeterpunten en het initiëren van concrete optimalisaties .
Doorontwikkelen en automatiseren van financiële processen om de effectiviteit en nauwkeurigheid van rapportages te vergroten.
Verlenen van ondersteuning bij audits , fiscale aangiften en due diligence-activiteiten .
Wat zoeken we?
Wat zoeken we? De gezochte Financial Analyst :
Is in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting, Economie of gerelateerd
Heeft bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in financiële analyse , budgettering of financiële rapportage (ook open voor schoolverlaters)
Heeft een zeer goede kennis Nederlands , Frans en Engels
Beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële data te interpreteren
Heeft ervaring met financiële modellen , Excel en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Oracle)
Heeft kennis van financiële rapportagetools zoals Power BI of vergelijkbare platforms
Is vertrouwd met IFRS , GAAP en compliance regelgeving
