The scope of our mission is to assist project managers as a trustworthy right-hand consultant focused on operational excellence to help take better management decisions.
As a PMO Associate Consultant:

• Maintain and update the master plan and project sub-plannings.
• Â Consolidate tracking data for standard reporting.
• Â Produce dashboards and operational KPIs for project managers.

• Â Manage capacity and resource allocation across the program.
• Â Develop EAC/ETC estimates and manage Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Â Perform variance analysis and anticipate schedule/cost deviations.
• Â Adapt and customize reports for management and steering committees.

•  Senior: 5–10+ years of experience in complex project/PMO management.
• Â Experience with MS Project, Primavera, advanced Excel, and Power BI
• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset depending on the region. Immediate availability is preferred
• Ability to work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptability and learning mindset for juniors, autonomy for experienced profiles.
• Leadership and influence skills for senior profiles (quality reviews, client reference role).
