Senior Marketing Executive

Our client, an innovative European diagnostics manufacturer, is a recognized specialist in rapid testing solutions related to food safety, and is looking for a Scientific and Market Access Manager. Surrounded by senior experts and working closely with R&D, QA/RA, Sales and Marketing, you'll have the autonomy to design strategy, build frameworks, and lead scientific influence across Europe, without the layers of big-pharma. Drive inclusion of innovative diagnostic tests in national, payment and screening programs, directly influencing revenue growth and access to life-impacting technologies.
Operate in a lean, expert environment with direct access to senior leadership, shaping scientific affairs and market access strategy rather than just executing it.
Cross-functional, international scope: Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, commercial and external stakeholders across multiple European markets, building a truly international market access profile.
Develop and execute market access roadmaps for diagnostic solutions in food safety and related health applications, engaging KOLs, reference labs, regulatory authorities, payers and industry committees to secure adoption and reimbursement.
Create and run regular technical training weeks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, validation protocols, e-learning and certification pathways, empowering distributors and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical support aligned with the company's mission of safer food and better public health.
Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences (e.g. microbiology, veterinary science, food safety, diagnostics or related)
Several years in Scientific/Medical Affairs or Market Access within diagnostics or the food industry
Applied expertise in testing, regulation & training: Solid knowledge of antibiotic residue testing and/or dairy quality control
Fluent level of English, French is an advantage
