Currently we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our team in Belgium.

The EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transformation Manager will have a leading role in the development and execution of our strategy services in Brussels.
Manage projects, coordinate multiple strategy and transaction engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks.
Create a customized change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project .
Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed .
Develop integration or carve-out strategies and define and execute detailed planning and implementation concepts across all business and group functions.

Master’s degree in civil, bio- or business engineering or economics. Experience with managing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French.
