Functioneel / Business Analist (Business Analysis) m/v

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
Analyze business requirements, perform functional analysis, and propose/document features.
Draft related documentation, including business use cases and user stories.
Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed features through documentation, presentations, and workshops with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct risk and issue analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with other business analysts, architects, business owners, project managers, and external development teams.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Master's degree in IT with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years relevant experience).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in functional analysis.
At least 10 years of experience in IT development.
Proven methodology for drafting and reviewing business requirements, with extensive experience ensuring deliverables align with initial business needs.
Extensive experience in release management, including planning, daily follow-up, quality control, and support for the Project Manager.
Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
