Festool heeft de ambitie om haar organisatie in de BENELUX verder te versterken door processen, samenwerking en ondersteuning verder te professionaliseren. Dit moet leiden tot meer slagkracht, continuïteit en duurzame groei van zowel het team als de organisatie.
Functieomschrijving Jij brengt rust, richting en samenhang in het HR-beleid van Festool BENELUX en tilt het naar een volgend niveau. De volledige medewerkerscyclus wordt door jou verder geprofessionaliseerd: van aanwerving en onboarding tot payroll en evaluatie- en exitgesprekken. Je bent een zichtbaar en toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en fungeert als verbinder binnen de organisatie. Met een mensgerichte aanpak stimuleer je motivatie, samenwerking en een sterke bedrijfscultuur.
Na één jaar
staat er een helder en gedragen HR-beleid met duidelijke processen en een sterke focus op ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Medewerkers weten waar ze aan toe zijn, leidinggevenden zijn goed ondersteund en HR levert een duidelijke, positieve bijdrage aan de organisatie, de cultuur en haar mensen.
