Robert Half Talent Solutions est à la recherche d'un Payroll Officer (h/f/x) (+ Compensation & Benefits) pour un de ses clients actif dans le secteur des services financiers . En tant que Payroll Officer (h/f/x) , vous êtes un pilier central de l'équipe RH. Vous veillez à une gestion fluide et correcte de la paie ainsi que des avantages extralégaux. Vous participez activement au développement et à l'application de la politique de rémunération, tout en garantissant une administration précise et conforme. Vous participez activement au développement et à l'application de la politique de rémunération, tout en garantissant une administration précise et conforme. Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en payroll (minimum 4 ans), avec éventuellement déjà de l'expérience en compensation & benefits
Vous êtes francophone ou néerlandophone, avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue (niveau B2/C1)
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de la législation sociale belge en matière de payroll et compensation & benefits
Vous maîtrisez les outils et logiciels utilisés dans ce domaine (HRIS, MS Office, EBlox, SAP Concur)
