As a CX Cloud Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing and governing end‑to‑end solution architectures for complex enterprise environments. You work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, translating requirements into robust, scalable and cloud‑native solutions.
Depending on your background and expertise, you may contribute to both core cloud transformation initiatives and digital experience platforms within Capgemini’s DCX domain.
You act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, guide delivery teams and ensure architectural coherence across systems, platforms and teams.
Design end‑to‑end architectures for enterprise applications and platforms
Apply cloud‑native principles across infrastructure, platforms and apps
Architect and govern Digital Experience platforms (CMS, headless, composable)
Build e‑commerce and omnichannel ecosystems across frontend, backend and cloud
Define API‑first and Backend‑for‑Frontend (BFF) architectures
Align UX, product and engineering teams around experience and technology
Use spec‑driven development to improve quality and delivery speed
Bridge business and technical teams, coach developers, and support pre‑sales
Proven experience as a Solution Architect , Cloud Architect or similar role in complex environments.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud‑native architecture principles .
Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and integration patterns is a strong plus.
Interest in or experience with AI‑enabled software development and platform automation.
Comfortable working in multi‑team, enterprise and client‑facing environments.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service).
Experience with e‑commerce architecture or omnichannel platforms.
Experience with cloud‑native AI services or platform‑level AI integration.
Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
