We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the Belgium and Dutch markets. This role is based in our Belgian office, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in Belgium and in the Netherlands.
Develop a portfolio of B2B clients in your market, focusing on digital, marketing, creative, and IT service providers.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client retention.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Report directly to your Sales Manager and contribute to strategic discussions on market growth.
✅ Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.

• 0-4 years of experience in sales or business development , preferably in a B2B or digital environment.
• Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or tech sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
