Partena Professional, expert in Human Resources en ondernemerschap, is één van de grootste Belgische bedrijven die georganiseerd is volgens het collaboratief bestuurmodel. Ter versterking van ons team zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Business Analyst. Wil jij jouw kennis en cijfermatig inzicht inzetten binnen een gepassioneerd team? Opstellen en communiceren van business requirements naar projectmedewerkers.
Financiële en organisatorische impact inschatten van systeemaanpassingen of nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
Kwaliteit bewaken, scope controleren, systemen testen en gebruikers ondersteunen.
Glijdende werkuren (na jouw opleiding)
- 12 ADV (arbeidsduurvermindering) dagen voor een 39u contract
- Mogelijkheid om tot een ½ dag onbetaald verlof per week op te nemen voor de opvoeding van kinderen jonger dan 18 jaar.
- &##Contract onbepaalde duur + eindejaarspremie + dubbel vakantiegeld
- Je krijgt niet alleen kansen binnen je eigen team, maar je kunt ook doorgroeien binnen het bedrijf, omdat je deel uitmaakt van een groep van ongeveer 1.800 werknemers. Tot slot hebben we onze eigen 'Academy', waar je trainingen en workshops kunt volgen om je kennis en vaardigheden te verbreden.

Kennis van Excel is noodzakelijk !
Je bent analytisch en technisch aangelegd.
Je hebt minstens een C1-niveau in het Frans en Nederlands.
