Teamlead production

We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Manufacturing Controlling to join our team as a strategic finance business partner. In this role, you will act as a co-pilot to both the manufacturing and divisional management teams , helping to align operations with the fast-paced and continuously evolving demands of the business.
With a strong focus on data analysis, cost transparency, and continuous improvement , this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about turning financial data into actionable insights.

Own and lead recurring FP&A processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning , as well as ad hoc management reporting .
Support the development of business cases for investment proposals, production scenarios, and other strategic decisions.
Conduct monthly analyses of manufacturing variances, KPI performance, and stock evolution across production stages.
Provide clear and actionable insights based on cost price developments and operational data.

Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering , or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a manufacturing controller in a complex manufacturing environment with a diverse product portfolio.
Strong ability to translate financial figures into clear summaries and compelling business cases , in close collaboration with manufacturing and business teams.
Solid working knowledge of SAP FI/CO , cost accounting, project accounting, and budgeting methodologies.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in flexible, collaborative teams .
Fluency in English , both spoken and written, Dutch knowledge is a plus.
