Barré (Wavre) is looking for a Quality engineer or Quality manager to lead our quality system for manufacturing of clean piping networks, high-quality machines and equipment for the biopharmaceutical industry (vaccine production) and for other high-purity production sites (cosmetics, nuclear medicine, animal medicine, data centers, semiconductors, among others).
Barré (Wavre) specializes in high-quality mechanical engineering. Clean Piping (high-quality, high-purity clean piping networks).
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Quality, mechanics and the management of the QA/QC systems for our company.
As a Quality Manager, you will collaborate for various of the company's main tasks (ISO9001, operational procedures, QC production, QC installation, commissioning). This is, for our different types of activities.
Management of the QMS
Support to Safety management system
Management of 3 to 10 people
Coordination of activities for project quality management (QA-QC)
Suppliers, audits, instruments, tools, training … follow-up and management
Action plan management
Deviation management, root cause analysis
Manage quality control for incoming goods and finished products
Quality control of documentation for manufactured products
Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, Quality Engineer, or equivalent (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Quality department)
Experience in mechanical manufacturing QA/QC for high-purity sectors (Biopharma, Biotech, Cosmetic, Nuclear Medicine, etc.), Clean Piping knowledge/familiarity or in mechanical equipment (from past experiences in pharmaceutical, nuclear, cosmetic industries)
Ability to integrate/work/manage a team/communicate
Knowledge of languages: French and English; Dutch is a plus
Desire to learn and improve the current management system
