Proces Validation engineer

Functie omschrijving
Voor een project bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Process Validation Engineer. Binnen deze functie speel je een curuciale rol in de opstart en uitbouw van het CAR-T productieproces. Je ondersteunt de overdracht van het productieproces van de VS naar België, met een sterke focus op de implementatie van de pilotplant. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams en draag je bij aan validatie, procesoptimalisatie en technische documentatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Definiëren van de validatiestrategie en het plannen en coördineren van validatieactiviteiten, waaronder sterilisatie, hold?time?validatie, APQ en APS
Adviseren en begeleiden op het gebied van validaties en kwalificaties
Waarborgen van (her)validatie van productie? en sterilisatieprocessen
Opstellen, beoordelen en goedkeuren van validatieplannen, protocollen en rapporten (o.a. sterilisatie en APS)
Deelnemen aan productoverdracht? en systeemintroductieteams
Bijdragen aan systeem? en procesverbeterings? en optimalisatieprojecten
Beoordelen van technische rapporten om te garanderen dat processen en procedures voldoen aan geldende industriële standaarden, regelgeving en actuele technologie
Jouw profiel
- 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie, biotechnologie, celtherapie, humane plasmaderivaten of een aanverwante sector is vereist.
- Ervaring met de introductie van farmaceutische producten in productielocaties
- Sterke projectmanagement skills
- Kennis van GMP
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels .
