Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en personeelsdossiers.
Beheren van afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie en sociale documenten.
Mee opvolgen van het rekruteringsproces: vacatures publiceren, cv's screenen, interviews inplannen.
Onthaal en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers voorbereiden.
Ondersteunen bij interne communicatie en HR-projecten.
Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
Administratieve ondersteuning bij opleidingen, evaluaties en welzijnsacties
Algemene ondersteuning van het gehele HR-team
Je hebt een eerste ervaring of sterke interesse in HR-administratie.
Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en klantgericht.
Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt van afwisseling.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe tools aan
