JS Fullstack Engineer

As a member of our IT organisation, the external consultant will contribute to the development, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our IT systems. The role involves working closely with business analysts, users, project leaders, and development teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of our IT systems
Definition of proposed solutions for fixing or improving IT systems
Documentation of existing IT systems
Support in identifying improvements and optimisation opportunities
Coordination and review of the current IT systems
Interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers
Support to users by answering their queries regarding existing IT systems
Technical skills:
Very good knowledge of Angular and eUI
Good knowledge of microservices and cloud architectures
Good knowledge of applications design
Good knowledge of Cloud Services
Good knowledge of GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Ability to fix problems efficiently and quickly
Ability to give technical presentations
Ability to apply high quality standards
Ability to cope with fast‑evolving back‑end technologies
Very good communication skills with technical and non‑technical audiences
Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
Mandatory expertise:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Java (J2SE & J2EE) with strong knowledge of design patterns
Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems
Minimum 2 years of experience with Tomcat
Minimum 4 years of experience with Spring & Spring Boot
Minimum 4 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL
Minimum 3 years of experience developing secure web applications
Minimum 4 years of experience with Object‑Oriented design patterns
Minimum 4 years of experience with Angular 2+ or similar frameworks
Minimum 3 years of experience with JIRA and GitLab
Minimum 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Minimum 3 years of experience with REST and SOAP web services, including design and development
Minimum 2 years of experience with XML
Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset
