En tant que Consultant/Manager, tu as une double casquette : commercial & recruteur. En recrutement : le sourcing, l'évaluation des compétences et la compréhension du projet de tes candidats afin de les positionner sur des offres ciblées, parfois même avec audace
Recrutement, formation et Animation de ton équipe en construction
Diplômé(e) de l'enseignement supérieur, tu justifies d'une solide expérience dans le métier!
Francophone et à l'aise en anglais. Le Néerlandais est un réel atout.

Une forte Learning Culture : tu bénéfices d'un Cursus de formation complet avec un accès à plus d'une quinzaine de formations par an (en commercial, en recrutement, en non-discrimination, en soft skills comme en communication, organisation, gestion des émotions…) Des possibilités d'évolution avec ou sans management et en ayant la possibilité de développer des compétences transverses (en learning, en qualité, en IT..etc) au sein de ton équipe ou en mobilité interne en France comme à l'international (en 2023 ils sont 4 à avoir traversé nos frontières !)
- Tu auras une licence sur Salesforce, notre CRM qui évolue de jour en jour grâce à nos développeurs internes.
