Project Assistant (Trilingual NL/EN/FR) - Maternity Cover (8 months) Location: Industry: Consultancy
Contract: Interim, Full time (37.5 hrs/week), June 2026 - January 2027

Gross Salary: Up to 3,000/month + €150 net fixed allowance + meal vouchers + eco vouchers + full public transport reimbursement

Our client, an independent consultancy firm , is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to provide maternity cover from 1 June 2026 to 31 January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a trilingual professional (Dutch with good English; solid French a plus) to play a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring smooth project and office operations
Key Responsibilities for this opportunity as Project Assistant :
Project Support
participate in team meetings and update project documentation.
Provide logistical and administrative support for offers/proposals to dedicated teams.
Manage project administration: CRM updates, agreements, and ad hoc research tasks to support management and team leads.
Format final documents (offers, reports, presentations) and perform quality control on outgoing materials.
Execute administrative tasks such as data entry, basic translations, and document preparation/editing.
Process incoming and outgoing invoices, handle invoice approvals and coordinate with accounting.
Ensure procurement of office supplies.
Manage emails, screen/respond/forward as appropriate.
Prepare and coordinate meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, and manage facilities.
Manage team agendas and organize business travel arrangements.
Manage catering for meetings/events.
Your Profile for this opportunity as Project Assistant :
Trilingual: Very good level of Dutch; very good knowledge of English ; good command of French.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Able to multitask, manage time independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
