Junior Recruitment Officer (M/V)

The client is based in the center of Brussels.

Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level roles: job intake, posting, screening, interviewing and follow‑up

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking

Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments

Advise hiring managers on selection, employer branding and market insights

Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication at every step

Support onboarding processes for new hires

Contribute to HR projects: employer branding, talent development, campus recruitment, process improvement

A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or similar

A first experience (internship or job) in HR, recruitment or people‑related roles is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with others

Organised, proactive and eager to learn and grow

A keen interest in recruitment, talent development and HR trends

Fluency in French or Dutch , and good knowledge of the other national language; English is a must
