Human Resources Development Administrator

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator 60% to join our vibrant team. As a Human Resources Coordinator , you infuse our vibrant team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach, and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences and organizational growth.
Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
Works as part of a team that maximizes the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
Experience in HR preferably in PC 302.
Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
Strong communication skills written and verbally in Dutch, English and French.
