Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday -Sunday, 08:00 00:00 (rotational shifts)
Are you a Dutch speaker ready for an international career move? Join a dynamic, multicultural team in Athens and support customers of a global travel platform. This role offers relocation support , paid training, and the opportunity to gain valuable international experience while living in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.
You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting users with booking-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive experience across all communication channels.
Customer Support: Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments
Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards
Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English
Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts
Team Spirit: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Relocation Support: Paid Training: Full onboarding and continuous support
International Work Environment: Build valuable customer service experience
