Product Manager - Pharma sector
Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de marketingstrategie
Opstellen van productontwikkelingsplannen en beheren van het productbudget
Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van promotiecampagnes, in samenwerking met de Marketing Manager
Ontwikkelen van commerciële tools (documentatie, POS-materiaal, …) in samenwerking met medische en farmaceutische teams
Uitvoeren van marktanalyse om aanbevelingen te formuleren en de productstrategie te sturen
Analyseren van verkoopresultaten, opstellen van diagnoses en voorstellen van actieplannen
Bepalen van ontwikkelingspistes (product, verpakking, positionering, …)
Uitvoeren van concurrentie-analyses
Regelmatige bezoeken aan apotheken en artsen om markttrends te begrijpen en opportuniteiten te detecteren
Opleiden en informeren van medische en farmaceutische delegaties
Selecteren, valideren en opvolgen van leveranciers en onderaannemers (offertes, onderhandelingen, lastenboeken)
Opvolgen van productvoorraden en promotiemateriaal
Evalueren van communicatieactiviteiten en resultaten

Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Communicatie of Commercieel Management
Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in marketing, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische sector
Proactief, gestructureerd en volhardend
Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Vlot tweetalig FR - NL
Ervaring met cijferanalyse
Pluspunt: kennis van grafische tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe)
