We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Starbroker. StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network, we contract air freight capacity on strategic routes worldwide, particularly from Europe. We use both part- or full charters and scheduled service carriers.
Processing and following up on the daily export document flow, including customs clearance
Coordinating document flows with customer service teams
You are a strong communicator and a team player
You are customer- and quality-driven
You speak English and can express yourself in Dutch. French is a plus
